Account Manager

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Job Description:

IBS is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager role is to oversee a portfolio of key Hotel and Distribution customers while retaining and growing the business and actively seeking new sales opportunities.


  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Develop trusted long-lasting relationships with key accounts and stakeholders 
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly, communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Create up-sell strategies, develop tactical plans, and drive executable action items to completion
  • Execute against specific targets to grow revenues from existing customers as well as selling new solutions
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare reports on account status


  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 5+ years of relevant experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, (services based technology company a plus)
  • Knowledge of Hotel Distribution and Revenue Management a plus
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in a global team environment, requiring participation in meetings outside U.S. business hours  
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Position will be base in Las Vegas, Nevada
  • 25%-40% domestic and international travel required
