The selection process depends on the specific position you are being considered for. Based on the role and level you have applied for, you may typically expect one or more telephonic interviews, video conferences and/or face to face interviews. The recruiter will inform you of the next steps and timelines as you proceed through each stage of the interview process.

Yes, we certainly do. Domain exposure is essential for some business oriented roles – such as Business Analysts, Domain Consultants, etc. But there are plenty of other roles in our organization where the priority is on specific skills like technology, project management and other skills which are not specific to the domain. Professionals with a suitable background in these fields can apply to these positions and become a part of the IBS family. Please check the job description of the position you are interested in.

Once you are selected for a position at IBS, an official offer letter will be issued to you. This will specify a latest acceptable date of joining, which is the last date until which your offer will be valid. If there is a genuine emergency which prevents you from joining us on the specified date, please inform us well in advance through the recruiter who is in touch with you.

Yes, all new employees are subjected to an extensive background verification process. Our agents will get in touch with all your past employers and educational institutions for this purpose; therefore you will be expected to provide all relevant contact details. If any discrepancy is noticed between the profile details you shared with us and the information we gather in the verification process, your offer may be revoked and your employment terminated.

From time to time, IBS may engage third party recruitment agencies to fulfil our staffing needs. However, none of these recruiters are authorized to collect any money from candidates in any form. Please do not agree to pay any advance/deposit/fee in any part of the recruitment process, even if it is described as refundable. Any ‘recruiter’ who demands such payment or other consideration from you on the promise of getting you a job offer from IBS is fraudulent. Stop engaging with them immediately.
