Once you are selected for a position at IBS, an official offer letter will be issued to you. This will specify a latest acceptable date of joining, which is the last date until which your offer will be valid. If there is a genuine emergency which prevents you from joining us on the specified date, please inform us well in advance through the recruiter who is in touch with you.
Yes, all new employees are subjected to an extensive background verification process. Our agents will get in touch with all your past employers and educational institutions for this purpose; therefore you will be expected to provide all relevant contact details. If any discrepancy is noticed between the profile details you shared with us and the information we gather in the verification process, your offer may be revoked and your employment terminated.
