My career with IBS Software that started just out of college has been exciting. I have always had the flexibility to choose my work locations, based on my preferences and priorities. As would be the case with every techie, I also aspired for an onsite assignment and I have been fortunate enough to move to UK. After having worked there for 3 years, I moved to Frankfurt, where I am based now. My career with IBS has been smooth and the growth has been steady. Freedom of expression, open to changes, scope for career development, a true cosmopolitan work culture and onsite opportunities that enable working directly with customers are a few differentiating factors that make IBS stand apart among IT companies.

I started my career in IBS Software as an Administrative Assistant. Over the years, I was given the opportunity to be a part of the Human Resources team. These kind of opportunities are difficult to come by and being motivated by this challenge, I get to experience various jobs in the organization and have been able to design my dream career. We are empowered to overcome unexpected and difficult situations with a bright attitude. Being in such an environment really makes my job enjoyable and fulfilling.
My goal is to provide excellent assistance and support to the employees; bring management and team members closer together; and contribute to the growth of the organization.

I started my journey with IBS Software as a developer. The first 10 years helped me gain deep technology experience in multiple technical roles. I got several opportunities to be at customer sites and see the software we built getting deployed to production and observe how that supported our customers’ business operations. I then moved to a people leadership role - it was an equally enriching and humbling experience to lead your teams, to build software and support customer business. The 24 years of my career in IBS has given me a good balance of experience in domain, technology, customer engagement & people leadership. I have always found it satisfying and exciting to play an influencing role in making a positive difference to the business of both IBS and its customers.

IBS Software is my first company, and I started off as a Software Engineer and later followed my aspiration to become a Business Analyst. 2 years down the line, I have come to realise that IBS has been the right choice to kick start my career since it has given me a number of opportunities that I wouldn't have got elsewhere. Joined IBS Software from airberlin where I was heading the loyalty program. In the past 7 years, together with my team we have further developed the iLoyal platform into the leading Loyalty solution in the airline sector, with operating on all continents with some of the most prestigious brands in this sector, and this has truly been a rewarding experience. Starting my career as a Software Engineer with no experience, I have moved on to become a Solution Architect.
